Question Strut Tower Nut Cap Set

I ordered the Strut Tower Nut Cap Set ( 055-264 ) from Moss Motors.
If anyone has these could you please answer this Question.
It's a really Brilliant Question to ask after the Item Is Ordered.

Could you tell me if they just snap over the nuts, use sticky tape
or screw on to the top of the threads?

I would like to know because there is a Strut Brace attached to the Strut Tower
and there is not enough thread for anything to screw above the nut.
I have a Steeda Single Bar Tower Brace that attaches using two Strut Tower Nuts per Side.

Thanks: Dave

Now the real Kicker, the Car is in Storage till probably April , so what's the Hurry.
In my Defence, I am on Drugs ( Side Affects; Heart, Kidney and MIND ).

DISCLAIMER: I'm winging it here since I don't have the Moss but if there is anything sticking out(up) - would think silicon adhesive should do the trick

The ROUSH ones, both Logo and Plain, actually screw on. Not sure about others.

If these are the ones made by UPR (these are what I have) then you can use a dab of silicone, to keep them there. Personally, I just push on them, and they don't move at all. Didn't even need anything adhesive to keep them from moving.

Hi Dave,

Good luck with Moss Motors, I ordered a set back in July and in late October still did not have them. I called a few times between Aug and Oct and they were always on back order so I just waited. I finally got pi$$ed and cancelled the order. I called Blue Oval Industries and they were not only in stock but I had them 4 days later.

I have not been very happy with Moss Motors on 2 separate orders so they are now on my "Do Not Buy From" list.

BTW, I have the whole set of stud covers (4 caps) and strut tower nut covers (2 covers) for sale if you are interested. I won' t be installing them since I bought the painted strut covers from Midwest. PM me if you are interested.

Bob

I ordered a set a few weeks ago and received them on time , of course they sent it to my billing address and not my delivery address. They're just stuck on the nuts with automotive butyl tape ...
