Most kits are 6-8 strobes. Were you planning on two kits? Sounds like about 12 tubes.
I have them on my Vette and like 'em. Keep in mind they need a 1" hole for mounting and would be very visible since the lenses are clear.

not sure , if i am going to use one or two kits. i forgot that each taillight section was seperate. gonna have to put it on paper and see how it works out. as far a how i would put them in. i would drill the bottom of the housings. so no water can get in and also i think they would look better that way.

I'd check the local laws on strobes, too. There are lots of regulations on what kind/color of lights you can and cannot put on a personal vehicle. :cop:

If you have strobes on your car here it gets towed to the impound, even if you are driving 1 mph in a parking lot.

im a firefighter here in NJ and I thought about strobes, but when I looked at the car, I said no strobes for her, i didn't feel like drilling holes in the headlights or tailights or evern the dash just to mount a switch, and there is a big law for strobes in a lot of states. They will nail you big time for having them, I think the biggest fine that I saw for strobes in a car, if non-emergency vehicle or non-emergency personnel, $350 fine.
