Looking for ideas, comments and pics of stripes on Torch Red. Have seen a few scattered on the site but would like to collect it all in one thread.

Also, the GT300 idea on the rockers started out as someone's idea of a custom look but seems to be showing up on quite a few cars. Any other variations on that?

White stripes on red. There's no other way.




I'm not so fond of the meaningless Shelby rocker stripe. (Yes, I know the car has 300 hp but horsepower is not what the GT350 and GT500 stood for)

 

I'm probably going to do the Lemans stripes (1st pic above) on mine in white, and if I do rocker stripes, will just put GT in there. After all, if I ever decide to do performance mods, the 300 wouldn't make sense any more.

 

Silver or White Stripes IMO. I have a Torch Red as well, and not sure if I will ever stripe mine, but one of these 2 colors is what I would choose

I have been waiting for a proof from a sign shop that he & I have come up with on a Boss theme.

Will have a wide black stripe down the hood with thin silver stripes on the sides. The black & silver will go over the fenders & end at the rear rockers. Will also black out rear. I also want 18" Bullitt's, but polished.

 

The Torch Red really need stripes. And they must be white!
