I wanna know are those stripes custom or where they can be bought:

 

Most likely custom cut as that is not a factory hood.

 

Looks like Foose stripes well the stang looks like a Foose stang

 

I think Chip would have filled those front bumper license guides. Lol They do look like Foose wheels.

Most likely custom cut stripes. Take that picture to any competent window tint/clearbra/vinyl sort of shop and they shouldn't have any problem replicating it for you though, it doesn't look like a very difficult design.

On a side note, I know DG Custom sells that billet grill that mounts your fogs behind it, but does anybody know of a kit or how-to on mounting the fogs behind any billet grill? I have the American Muscle billet.

 

They are similar to the Foose stripes, but that's not a Foose stang. The Foose stang had a different hood, different front clip, and a different rear spoiler.
