Street Scenes body kit
Got my Street Scenes body kit fitted today on my '05GT. Parts were sent out for paint today as well, should be back and installed on Monday.....pics to follow. The install shop said that the kit fit better than any other kit they've used so far. Painted stripes are next.....then a drop and some wheels/tires.
Good luck with the kit. I am thinking about getting the Street Scene kit as well, but I am a bit weary after seeing some up close pictures of the Galpin Ford Mustang that was shown at this year's LA Auto Show. Some of the gaps are really off, and I do not know if this is a function of the kit or the installation or both.
A friend of mine was nice enough to take these pictures for me because he knew that I was considering this body kit.
If anyone wants to see them, send me a PM, and I'll send them over.

Great news. I am VERY interested in this kit and want to hear all about it.
I saw a post on another forum with the close up pics of the Galpin mustang and the gaps were pretty bad. I hope it was just a quick install that caused it and not due to the kit.

The car is Torch Red and Im adding the white stripes and wheels and tires........other than the type of wheels and the centered fog lights, its going to look like the Galpin car that everyone's been talking about.
On a side note, if someone has the close up pics of the Galpin car with the gaps youre talking about, post them up so I know what im looking for when it comes back. All the pics of that car that Ive seen the car looks great and the fit looks very good.

Again, I've got the pics (close-up), but for some reason I cannot post them. Any ideas?
Can't wait to see it. I decided to hold off on ordering the kit this year since my tires are costing me a small fortune. I'll be getting the kit next year but I have a feeling street scene may be creating a different one as well since they call this the Gen 1 kit.

Im speculating that your speculation may be correct however, if they are not working on any new kit at this time, then there is no need to wait....right?

I will be getting a body kit next year I just figured a lot of companies will have more options next year than what currently is available.
