Is Street Scene still in business?

Title says it all. Their website is still up but when searching for a vehicle year, it only goes up to 2017 and nothing loads when trying to add something to the cart. The 800 number goes to what seem to be standard voicemail so it seems shady. I'm looking to replace my front grille since by current one is now faded out and would rather not deal with trying to use the restoring methods out there but I may have no choice.

Hmm I can see listings for '06 parts. If you don't trust it, you could try some 3rd party sites (American Muscle, CarID, Mr Bodykit)

I Have Some NOS Street Scene Grilles In the Attic. Is it The Metal Mesh Style or the All Plastic Style??? In Fact I think I Have The First Prototype One As Well! If Your Interested I Can Dig For Them. Just Another Ebay Item I Will get to Whenever or When The Need Arises!

Thanks guys. Kevin, mine is the all plastic version that is for the V6 fascia because the CS6 front uses the V6 tab pattern. This is the exact grille.

Well I Got Up Early To Brave The Heat in The Attic And Only Came Up With The Box For The Grille It Was Marked With What Was supposed to Be in It. So While I Do Have a V6 Grille Hiding Somewhere it is Not The One You are Seeking. It Is The Old Style Metal Insert Grille With the Lights Set Like The Stock Gt Grille! Sorry!

With Two 10x10 Sheds Full of Stuff and Three 40 Ft Sea Train Containers Full as Well A Lot Of Stuff Can Hide Pretty Easy!

I Could Have a Hell of a Parts Store if I Ever Could get Organized!

I Need a Helper!

Thanks Kevin. I can't find one anywhere. Probably going to have to try the restore options or just paint the one I have.

Okay, They Are Either Discontinued Or Simply Not Ready To Make a Run of Them. Here is What I Would Do. You Can Go on Ebay and Do a Saved Search For The Part Number and If One Gets Listed By Part Number You Will get an Email. The Problem is You Have All These Drop Ship Sellers Who Do Not Carry Inventory But Merely Sell Whatever is Cataloged And They Don't Know they Can't get it Until They Can't And Some Will Still Leave Listed. carid is Bad For That as an Example.

When Searching For This Type of Item You Know Is Hard To Get and Have a Few Choices I Always Look For The Seller That Has A Pic of Item That is Not a Catalog Or Stock Photo Image. They Are the Drop Shippers vs an Individual Who Has Piece On The Shelf as It Were! I Know in This Case They are Not Out There But Wanted To Share That Tip!

If Street Scene is Still in Business You Might Email Them And Ask If They Had a Dealer Who Stocked a Lot of This Number and Maybe Only Sold Local So They Would Not Be Listed Online. If You Really Want To Chase! I Would Bet There are Some New Ones Floating Around Just Got to Find The Honey Hole!

If you Do Decide To Restore What You Have There Are Lots of Odd Procedures Out There on Youtube Most Using Chemicals and Some Heat. Be Advised Once You Go Down That Road Painting Will Be Problematic if Any Chemical Residue Soaks into Grille. So Kind of Have To Chose Which Road You Want to Follow!

Update!

I Did Make Contact with a Street Scene Vendor Who is Trying To Locate one of These I Will Advise When I get an Answer.

Thanks Kevin, you are the man! I appreciate all your help. You should go through all your parts. The forums for the S197's may be sparse these days, there are still a lot of us out there.
