I ordered the street scene gen 2 louvers from lmperformance. I got to send them back!!!!!!!!! I placed them on the window and they seemed too small for them. I could see edges of the window still around the louvers..in some areas more than others. I was really dissapointed. They just seemed toos small for the window! I might just go with the MRT/cdc louvers later once I get the return all taken care of..I was so excited to get them painted this week and have them on by friday! I have bad luck with modding this car...ordered the cdc bumper..they sent me the v6 one..ordered bullits...sent me the wrong offset ones, and now this! where is the cheapest place to buy the mrt/cdc louvers?

 

Wow, I'm sorry to hear that. I'm sure Mike from SSE will get on here and talk to you... or PM you. But I have seen the gen. 2 louvers on other cars and they seem to fit perfect. Not sure what's going on... but if you like the SSE louvers, give them another shot. Mike will take care of it.

 

I do like the look of them. I told LMperformance I didn't want another pair cause it would probably look the same. I don't understand? don't they use the same mold or something? LMperformance was talking about getting them directly from the manufacturer this time..shouldn't they all be the same?

 

wouldnt painting them make them slightly bigger? possibly filling most of the gap? duno, just a question

 

I ordered mine from Musclecardirect.com and they seem to cover up the window just right. Hope you get it resolved their really nice louvers
