just installed my web electric sequential harness. nice little touch there. I've gotta hurry and get this car done...or I'll just keep buying stuff for it!ha

Back to work finally on the car. Put the bumpers back together and on the car again. Still waiting for my wheels, 1/4 window scoops and quarter side scoops. But until then I'll just keep polishing on the car, am prolly gonna be painting the calipers.....etc. little jobs like that. and lastly after all the polishing putting the purple stripe between the black and green

I'm waiting till I get the wheels and tires on...since I went wider in the back. Just want to know my clearances before I go ahead with that...but I hate seeing too much wheel well above my rims. I put a full air ride system on my '01 GT made the car look so much better.

Here's a shot of the stripe. It shows up more blue than purple in the pic. but it's a nice metallic purple.

 

wow I can't beleive I missed this thread, Your car looks great, but when I saw the first pics I thought maybe you would be the one to take out the quarter window completely for the scoop. Oh well, eventually somebody will.

 

I so wanna see someone do that. Is there even a kit out there for a 1/4 window scoop that will replace the glass?

 

Why would you want to take out the quarter window? just to put a window scoop in. I don't know of a kit to do that yet. I guess you could take the window out before you put the scoops on,But, How would you be able to stop the wind from coming in? just curious. LOL
