Spoiler Depot product quality
I'm going for that Mach 1 look on my Torch Red GT, with CDC chin spoiler (on in 10 minutes), a black replacement spoiler, and hood stripe.
I got a black spoiler from Spoiler Depot, as the guy on the phone said it would mount right in the factory holes left by my original red spoiler. Well, the holes aren't aligned and will take some drilling. Returning it is a joke as it came prepainted and I can't get a refund for the paint cost, plus the usual restocking fee crap.
So, I'll have to drill new holes in my trunk lid. Not that big a deal but it's making the effort take a bit longer, and the new holes would still be covered by my original spoiler if I needed to put it back on. The spoiler is nice and the paint job well done, but it just ticks me off the guy convinced me to order it and it doesn't fit off the bat.
Thought you all should know...
