Something New for the Bullitt Grill

I decided to try something new and I was bored today with no work and no school. We found an random Ford emblem in my girlfriends car from an accident a few years back. I think the body shop had one and didn't use it and forgot to take it out of the trunk.

Anyway...I took off the Pony/Tri-bar emblem and replaced it with the Ford emblem. I think its kind of classy and clean. I don't know, its something different from the norm. Its on with some 3M double sided tape for now so its not permanent.

I only have cell phone pics for now. Sorry for the dirty car. It decided to rain in the desert yesterday and its supposed to rain again this week.

It looks crooked in these pictures for some reason but its on there straight.

Thanks. I wanted something simple that looks almost OEM. I have been trying to find a pony that says 281 at the bottom. I don't know if I'm looking at the wrong places, nice ones cost anywhere between an arm, one left ********, and one leg.

That's actually really nice dude thanks Even the "4.6" doesn't looks too bad.

I found a nice plain "281" rectangle deal at American Muscle I might scoop up as well.

We'll see how I feel about the ol' Blue Oval in a few weeks. My girlfriend really digs it too so that's a plus.

Have to say I like the tri-bar pony better, but I'm a little biased, as that's what I've got on my Bullitt grille! Does look very clean tho. I'd be interested in a shot from a little further back to give it a bit more perspective...

IMO, that one looks a lot better as the Ford emblem kind of looked too plain

Yeah, loose the blue oval. Nice try though. I pondered using the GT logo that I removed from my fenders on the grille, but decided on the tri-bar.

No offence, but I agree. The tri-bar pony is the way to go. Get one and paint the red/white/blue tribar white to match; then see if it works; just a suggestion.
