I'd go with Razzi, they attach to the window, so no worries with the paint. To finish off the look, add CDC window blackouts. They are covered with headliner material, so, a perfect match to your interior. Volia!

I have the Xenon Window scoops. They attach to the car using 3M double sided tape. I am not worried about the paint, as if taken off properly it will not harm the paint.
As far as install procedure, THIS is how I did mine and it is NOT hard at all.

Well if you would like to take them off and clean, I think the only choice are the roush louvers. They install with 3m tape as well, but too brackets that the scoops bolt too. Makes much more sense, but I am not really into louvers. Maybe down the road. Good luck

Easy install. Got the Street Scene Gen 1's. They are attached with tape to the window so no problems with the paint.

Cleaning the window isn't too bad. The missus has small hands and can squeeze in through the louvers and dry the window after a wash.

I can clean mine like that too.....being a woman with small hands makes cleaning the glass inside the louver pretty easy. I just dry mine like you said.
No problems.
