Is there a rep from Silverhorse who is a regular on this forum?
I just made a purchase from them on Amazon.com.... I believe I am their first customer from Amazon and was wondering what their turnaround time was.

I'm the owner, and we don't have any deal with Amazon, so unless it somehow magically ports to our webstore, it isn't going to happen through us - one of our dealers might be set up there, but not us.
Can I ask a couple things?
1) Why didn't you just shop over at our website ? We have secure servers, everything (just about) listed, and can help you with any problems you'd have without Amazon acting as a "middle man".
2) Can you send / post the link so I can take a look at it and see what's really going on there? Like I said, we don't have a deal with them currently, so I don't know anything about this - and if anyone would, it should be me.

No harm, no foul - they are a good dealer of ours, and we appreciate their contribution to things. I was just making sure that we didn't have some copycat out there or someone trying to say they were selling something they had no right to, that's all.
But that said, there's a greater selection of our products on our site - S3 only carries select products from us.
BTW - don't tkae my comments above wrong - we just have to be on the lookout for unauthorized companies that might try and "pretend" to be us and stuff, so whenever something like this comes up that is unknown to us, I like to get to the bottom of quickly.
