It's backwards for a 69 Boss, but maybe he's going for the 68 look.

AFBLUE wins the prize! Exactly what I was going for. I did not want to do a Boss tribute or Shelby tribute or Mach 1 tribute. I picked a stripe that was inspired by one model year of Mustang Gt, 1968. Of course the lines of the stripe have been altered to compliment those of the new body style. I wanted to do something different. I know at least one other person on this forum that opted for this stlye of stripe, grrr428.

Here is a pic of his car.

I bought my stripes for Graffic Express. 281 badges from Autobadges.

What's a baby doing smokin' anyways!?

I am happy the majoity do not like it! That way there will be less copy cats and I'll have an original ride! Everyone is entitled to their opinion. We all have different taste. I love my stripes!

Actually I like the "Original" way better. But I'm going for more of a combo of your two looks. Less pronounced on the top, front fading on both lines, and within the contour of the "C" itself. I too want that original flavor, but just a tad more suttle.

This is exactly why our new S-197's are so popular. We get to do them Our-Way!!

Better pics of the C-stripe.

C-stripes on the sides and an accent stripe on the rear spoiler from Graphic Express.

I think it looks fine long as your happy I considered a similar stripe but black and inside the contour of the "c" running along the front fender to the front of the car. I think it would look pretty good and subtle on my vista blue, but im pretty sure I'm just going to do the regular rocker stripe.
