I have a retro inspired Mustang. I came across these and wondered if they would add to or detract. They are stamped aluminum for somewhat of a 3d look and go for about $25. I have seen others, but they are cut out of plastic and look cheap.

Hoping to hear opinions from all, and if anyone has any practical experience with them. I want to be sure, because if i purchase they only come polished or brushed - I'd go through the expense and have them chromed to match the rest of the chrome accents on the car.

The stamped pieces by Scott Drake are nice. They look like factory pieces and not add ons. They are molded to fit into the lens. They come in polished or brushed.
