Should I paint my scoops black?

Since Im going to get my roof black,hood stripes,black hood pins I was wondering if it would look good to paint the scoops black as well

I say nay. About the best looking white gtcs I've seen is starfire's (think that's right?) check out what he's done to his!

Same here, to bad i did not took a picture of mine with black out scoop. You could not see the scoop anymore all black. it looks better without. But ......... it's a question of taste.

Well I painted them white because with black theyre not even noticeable

I would keep them the color of the car. If a part isn't painted to match, I usually assume it was just put on & isn't finished.

Keep it white. It'll more than likely look unfinished, if you paint it black. And keeping it white will give some nice contrast to the stripes and hood pins.

Scoop haters strike again...it's like it's some sort of underground movement on this forum the scoops look good, I'm partial to keeping them body color.

Hi Victor,

I would just wrap the upper side with foil. I have also done so ... I attach a pic in there. This would look good in your`s....but it's a question of YOUR taste.

I'm fairly positive he was referring to the side scoops, not the hood scoop.

Already order the vynil (black matte) and I have a vynil cutter and Im just fixing up the design and thats what im going for
