was curious to see what color stripes people were putting on the legend cars.pics would be nice.i am considering one and that is one of the planned mods.

 

This v6 had the gold side stripes, gold didn't look bad on that car.

 

Haven't seen many LLs with stripes. Black and white seem like the best choices, personally I'd go with white.

There's black stripes on page 3, & silver stripes on page 13.

 

Im planning on doing black and getting black bullit wheels and tint on mine. Just have to find time...

What looked cool on the painter although I doubt anyone would ever do this was the black with LL stripes.

No, but I'm thinking about dark green stripes. Opposite of the '66 GT350S. It doesn't look that bad on the stripe painter. I wanted blue, but there's getting to be too many.

 

No Le Mans stripes for me... Just the rocker panels thank you...

 

I like that Kevin. True retro since, from what I've read most Shelby's originally only came with the side stripes. The '66 I showed above came that way. It was dealers and later people restoring cars that added the LeManns stripes to so many of the cars.

 

Oh yeah, Do you know the measurements on those or did you just order them?
