Sorry for the delay in replying to people. I have had some family medical problems and have to take various time off from work.

Below is what Ford says about these particular covers. I hope this clears up for most.

I think the final prices will be as follows:
C/S style, $225 and $50 for S&H.
GT500 style, $250 and $50 for S&H.
