All you need is the GT500 hood, headlights, and bumper, it mounts exactly the same.
And there is no such thing as a '07 "shelby cobra" by the way. The "cobra" name is owned by SVT and they haven't produced anything with that name, opting to work with Shelby on the GT500 (no cobra in the name).
