Brighter tail light bulbs??
Brighter tail light bulbs??
What's up TMS! I'm going to it my tail lights with VHT nite-shades and I'm going to do about 3 coats. I was wondering if anyone knows if the make brighter bulbs and if they do where can I get em. Thanks
I believe you'll need load resistors as well for them to flash at the proper rate, but it's a simple splice in from what I understand. I plan to get some LEDs after the holidays, so I've kinda been lookin' into it lately.

+1. Be sure to get the ones that have lights all around. The more, the better.
Let me know how this LED installation goes. I bought LED bulbs and I have had nothing but problems. The problem is not the flash rate. I installed load resistors and got the flash rate to work properly. My problem is strange backfeeds within the bulbs that are causing all kinds of problems with the bulbs illuminating inappropriately. I have even changed to a different brand and design of LED bulb. I got frustrated and just put everything back to regular bulbs as those have always worked as they should.
