That's a good idea. Mine just come on with the turn signals and emergency flashers, but having one sequence when you hit the brake would have been nice.

I could be wrong but I haven't seen too many places selling WebElectric products aside from WebElectric. CDC, on the other hand, has a wealth of resellers...

Best place to get them - us

CDC does have a much larger dealer program than WebElectric - totally different business models, but we can help you out no problem. We may actually be getting CDC's kits back in stock again soon, depends on if they can keep up with us or not - last time we carried them they fell 3 months behind and had no end in sight, so we had to get away from them at the time.

Your web page for the product is missing the gif demo that is supposed to show how it looks in action.

Are you happy with the quality of the product, they seem kindof cheap at $70, how fast do they sequence?

Arrow "Chaser" turn signals

There is one kit that will do it all, factory setting, the same sequential as all the others, and will also do a chase pattern. It is the only kit that will do the chase pattern that I have found. This is the kit from Meter4it.com; they also have their installation instructions available online to download; they are detailed and include pictures. There is a YouTube video segment that demonstrates the kit's chase pattern on a sn197 ('05+):

The chase sequence looks even better on their kit for the sn95 ('96-'04).

The other sequential signal kit I would consider is the one from WebElectric.

They give you the option of buying their "plug and play" wiring harnesses and sending them your old wiring harnesses for a $30 rebate, or you can buy their "do it yourself" kit and save money ($79 for a sn95, and $89 for a sn197).

Very happy with them. It is not a plug and play kit though. Don't know the frequency they flash on, but I really like how they sequence...it's just right. The reason you'll pay more for other kits it's not the quality, it is the fact that they are plug and play. I bet if I were to remove the heat shrink on the modules, the components used are the same as any other kit. If you are a bit of a handy man, I recommend this kit...especially for the price.

Yeah, but that's 145 bones. Not sure I want to pay double the price for a chase pattern. For 70 bones and a little elbow grease I got sequentials...

Yep, it's all about the choices. For the straight sequential, you can pay more and get the plug and play harness, or pay less and spend more of your time doing the splicing yourself, etc. (Either way, I'd go with Web Electric since they've been around and stand behind their products.) Which way you go depends upon the value you put on your time, or how much you like to tinker on your car.

On the other hand, if you want to get something more out of the ordinary, then you go with the chase pattern -- in which case you pay the full price AND get to tinker!

Any issues with how fast they sequence? I heard from another guy his sequence steadily gets faster where barely noticeable?

One more thing that's odd they don't sequence once when you apply the brakes, I just watched their demo movie and it shows the brakes lights sequencing once???

Update:

Well I went ahead and bought a kit from that E-bay store however since I have the type 1 harness I ordered it directly from their website, http://mustangtaillightsequencers.com/ and only paid 59.95 shipped for the splice in kit.
The quality of the kit is very good, the two modules were nicely heat shrink with a water tight seal. The push in blade connector for the inner most light was solder on and the soldering job was top notch, I couldn’t even have done it better myself.
Anyway great kit and great customer service with fast shipping (shipped Friday, received Monday).
I am very happy with the outcome and yes this kit sequences the lights once and the lights stay on when you step on the brakes.
I defiantly would recommend this kit from M&M electronics!
