Sequential Lights

I just saw a stang with sequential lights and want to know if one brand is better then the other, any issues with install or after the install. Thanks as always for your input

They look really cool don't they. I've got the web electric ones. I've heard good about most of them anyway. I messed mine up and web electric was nice enough to send me a replacement, so I can recommend them for sure.

Click on turn signals and then the proper year. I went with the plug n play.

We use the meter4it lights. We wanted "chase" lights instead of sequential.. We have an early 06 model but ordered the later 06 model kit so I did have to modify the wireing a little, but it was worth it. As an added bonus, you hit the brakes and you have 7 lights on.. people see the brakes.

Just in case you haven't seen the diff between chase the sequential..

sequential...

chase..

(above pics were taken from meter4it.com site, which is where we got our kit from)

oh yea.. the meter4it kit is not the simple "plug in" kit.. you splice wires.. I "think" webelectric is the "plug in" kit for sequential lights.

As you read through the various posts about these things, you will find that the vast majority prefer the webelectric sequentials. I have had mine for 4 years now. Absolutely no issues and their customer service is the best, if you should ever need assistance. Also, if you don't want to have the brakes sequence when activated, you can look at my blog on how to disable that feature.

Well at the time I bought my plug & play harness, CDC WAS cheaper.................

I see no differance in harness or quality.

Why pay more then one needs too ???

Don't forget that webelectric also offers a feature to disable the sequencing on the brake so they only sequence with the turn signals. I prefer non-sequencing brake lights so that's why I went webelectric.

I'm thinking of going for these when I get around to it:

More expensive, but you won't look like every other stang w/ sequentials.

The latest Moss catalog I received now has LED sequentials, I'm not sure who they get them from but they are rather pricey at $250.
