I have read about how simple it is to install Webelectric's sequenial turn signals, that it was just plug and play. Then on another thread I read about someone wanting to turn off the pulsing 3rd brake light on this system and had to do some wire cutting and adding.

Does this system also come with the pulsing break light or is this just a seperate system you can buy from Webelectric.

Also has anyone had any problems with Webelectric's sequenial turn signals?

the plug n play is a harness exchange deal, if you are handy at all you can install the cheaper kit which uses your own harness with very little change, what you end up doing is making the inner taillite also work as a brake lite, the socket and bulb are already dual filiment, you just add a connector to the socket, the solid state modules are easy to hook up as well.
The deal with the brake lights sequencing or not is personal preference, to cancel the seguence function you run a wire forward to the main harness and take the brake trigger from that source.
The webelectric kit is nice quality and the instructions are common sence easy.

The pulsing brake light is a separate option from WebElectrics. The usual concern is the way the brake lights illuminate. When you brake, the lights will "sequence" once, then stay on. Not a big deal to me because the "sequence" happens in one cycle of the blinkers. Cars that are behind you will still have plenty of warning when you are stopping.

No, the kit does not come with a pulsing brake light module for the 3rd brake light. What was referred to was the ability to deactivate the sequencing of the brake lights when you apply the brakes. I had no problems installing my webelectric wire-in kit or deactivating the brake sequence pulse. One of my favorite mods!

What happens if the module fails, do the tail lights still function ? I am concerned about a component failing and having NO tail lights.

yes. The taillights are not affected by the module. Also, if the module fails the innermost light on each side will still function properly as a turn/brake light as they are not controlled by the module.
