seeking wheel opinions - CS 56's

I've been looking at the Carroll Shelby 56's in chrome (18 X 9.5) for my car. Attached is a photochop of them on my ride as well as a pic with the stock 18" polished aluminums she currently has on for comparison sake. What do you think - love 'em or hate 'em?

Hey Rusty, I got your email, just have been busy getting things cleaned up from not being here for 2 days. I would stay with the CS69's. THey would look SICK on your car. The 56s just don't flow well with the new car! BTW, you coming to Kimberton for the show this weekend?

Given those two options, I personally think the stock polished 18s look killer compared to those Shelby wheels...

Still eyeing the 69's as well - just weighing my options. I think I emailed these pics to you Jeff, but for the benefit of everyone else here is what the 69's look like on a VB GT500. Decisions, decisions...

And yes I'll be at Kimberton show - I'm doing registrations from 9-11 AM so I'll probably get there around 8 AM to set up my car.

More replies the better, I always say. You can't go wrong with the CS69s. We should be rolling into Kimberton sometime around 9am or so. We'll all be meeting down the road at the small side shops just after the 100/113 intersection. You'll be seeing a BIG caravan of Mustangs coming in!!!

They definitely have that Parnelli Jones vibe happening. But I'm with the majority. CS69 have my vote!

for me personally - not a fan of black on the wheels. Looks too much like the spare tire for my tastes. I'll only consider all chrome if I'm going to upgrade rims.
