Savini/Avarus chrome or silver?

Hi folks

I'm thinking of some new 20" Avarus AV2 rims from Savini but don't know anything about this manufacturer. Are these cheap blingblings or quality rims?

The main question is the look on vista blue:

Should I go for chrome or hyper silver?

Any comments are welcome.

I'd vote silver. But I'd buy black!

Yeah I'm still on the chrome-side but I'm a bit frightened from cleaning chrome wheels and the problem of flaking chrome in case of damaging the wheels slightly.

Anyone knowing something on Savini?

That is a problem with Chrome is it can start to flake. You really have to keep up on the polishing of them. Also do not get any salt on them without washing them off ASAP..that is the major cause of flaking. I know I had to redue the inside of my wheels. If you keep up on polishing them you should not have any problems.
Don't know about the Savini's (how much chome plating is on the wheels)
I would call them and ask.

Ahhh, thanks a lot. I was wondering how to do that.

Its really difficult to see these wheels in reality. I wasn't able do locate a dealer in Switzerland who has them in stock. Seems they are really underdogs.

This may, or may not, help!

I've managed to find a place that sells them in the UK, but they want £2250 ($4500)

It doesent really help since they are black. On the price. Thats sick. They are $400 in the US. Nevertheless these rims are about 1300 Swiss Francs each here and thats still three times the Price in Dollars. But I WANT THEM!

Sorry about the colour, but that's the only Mustang I've ever seen them on. Crazy thing is, I can get Shelby Razors cheaper, and they look very similar.

I was just about buying the Razors but they look a bit cheap in reality. I changed my mind after seeing them in real life. Now I want something more exclusive. OZ Giotto IIs are also still in the race...

Those hyper silver wheels with the chrome lip are some seriously good looking wheels.

Ok I posted chrome but I didn't read all the way through and honestly I like the silver more now for our cars the chrome just look to bling bling for me. So if you wouldn't mind deduct one for chrome and add one to silver .
