I like the "extra" stripe on the edge.

I think I like the charcoal/dark grey on the silver better than the black.

I went to a body shop that does custom painting this weekend. He does alot of custom bikes etc. I was inquiring about having stripes painted on my Performance White GT when it comes in. He gave me some good ideas. I wanted dark charcoal metallic, black or dark red. I have red interior so blue is out. He suggested a base coat from House of Kolors of either BC-02- Orion Silver or BC-03 Galexy grey. Then a coat of either Kandy Burgandy or Kandy Red over it. Then clear coat. The color samples in the book look real nice. He is going to do a sample for me. It would look almost black at night and red in the daylight.

Here's the website for House of Kolors paint. You really have to look at them in the sunlight though.

I don't know, I like the silver/black look. I'd almost have to go with the black stripes since I have the black racing stripes on the bottom and the black Bullitt wheels. Charcoal would work if I took off the bottom stripes, but I might as well just match.

My stripes are done in house of color pagan gold candy! I will post pictures ,when ever Keanen finishes my rear replacement bumper! so we can finish the custom paint on my car. Any way you can't go wrong by useing the House Of Color candies. the bc orion siver or gray is a pearl base coat. just remember the silver will be alot more brighter in the sun. i had a 79 trans am painted a candy cobalt blue with the gray glamour base under underneth. If had to do it over I would have went with the siver instead. I nolonger have the car, this was just an example...
