Red Dragon,

Do the original just pop off, or do the tires have to be removed?
It doesn't appear that the originals have a pry point like the ones on my f150.

No they just come off,you do not have to take the tires off the car.

well not the tires, but i do recommend taking off the wheels since it is kinda tough to take the caps off from the front, so it is easy to just pop them out from behind

Thanks guys, just ordered the caps, and the parts manager did not know how they were installed, I thought you can just pry off the stock ones, without removing the wheels.

I just got the caps myself, much too lazy to take off the wheels just to install center caps so I'm trying to find another way. Someone on another site suggested a wet suction cup, so maybe i'll try that.

you CAN pry them off but if you try made sure you use a rag and try to tape off some of the tip on screw driver or whatever you use so you do not scrape up the wheel, the only reason i say take off the wheels is so you can pop out the cap with a rachet or some thing so you will not srape the wheel

I pried off mine on the 05 GT Ford Factory Caps and replaced with Shelby Caps.

The key is to use a tool with a strong slim flat edge, take your time and be very careful.

KC recommended pushing out from the rear, which will absolutely make sure you have no pry marks.

It can be done, don't get in a hurry and use steady pressure.
