You may want to check the rear offset.My 18x10 AR TT M's have a 45MM offset and its really close.You may compensate is you run a 275/45/18 with the section width of the tire for clearance.(I run a fat **** 295/45/18 on the rear)

4mm is like 1/8". You won't have any trouble.
