Ride difference between 17" & 18 " wheels
Hi all!
I don't know if this has been discussed before but I'm thinking of putting 255/45/18 on chrome Bullitt wheels and I was wondering if there was a big difference in comfort versus the stock wheels. I know I'm gonna lose some and gaining on handling. Just wonder how much.
As far as tires go, I'm leaning toward BF-Goodrich G-Force (KDW).
So tell me what you guys think. Should I go with 17's or switch to 18's.
Thanks
John

I have 18 X 9 Bullitts, with BFG 255/45/18's.
No regrets.
Bumps that come through with the 17's come through a little sharper with the 18's, but that's about it. Better road feel was a nice side benefit. No difference in noise that I can tell. Looks 100% better IMHO.
I'd say for it!
