Removing Side Rocker Stripes

Should i try to just slowly peel them off? or... use a heatgun? i want to remove them to make it look more cleaner, but i want to do it in a way that will not cause any problems with the paint or anything, i know some people have pulled them off w/out anything, did u have any problems by doing this?

Park it in the sun if you're in a warm climate, or use a hairdryer. Start slowly and take your time and you won't have any problems. Good choice on removing the stripes.

Just pick an end and start peeling slowly. Be most careful around the letters as they are the easiest parts to tear. Even if you do tear, you can still pull off the small pieces, just takes longer. That said, I did mine in 5 minutes with no problems. Only heat came from the sun.

aright thanks a bunch, i cant remove em now, my dad isnt letting me do anything to it, since its "too new" lol i will remove them however when i get my stripes put on

So is this your car or your dad's car? I'm guessing your dad's since you are not "allowed' to remove them yet.
Anyway to make your job a lot easier and faster use a hair dryer to heat up the stripe. Start at one end, heat up about a 6 inch section and then start removing it. Just keep heating a section at a time, pretty simple. If there is any glue left you can use Rubbing alcohol or methyl hydrate to remove the residue.
