Remove and reinstall stock-type spoiler?

I am replacing my original Grabber Orange Spoiler with a black stock-style. I know I have to remove the double sided tape and will need to 'reseal' the spoiler I put back on.

Do you get the stock seal/tape from the dealer or is there another alternative or source? Obviously, you do not want water running in your trunk or have the spoiler moving around on the trunk - any suggestions/tips for the removal/reinstall?

3M Mounting Tape is all I've seen used. It's strong stuff, and rubbery so it should seal around the holes.

I've used fishing line through cut the 2 sided tape between the spoiler and the deck lid..Its time consuming but effective. As mentioned use the 3-M 2 sided tape. Its great stuff.Try and use a cleaner to remove all the tape gue before using new tape for better adhesion.

Get yourself some red backing 3M tape and water should not be an issue, applied to a clean and smooth surface.
