rear louvers lower corner problem

i have installed my mrt rear glass louvers and having a problem getting the bottom of the louvers to stay flush with the glass.with the seal on the sides it doesnt make contact as it gets closer to the bottom and leaves a bad gap.also the rear latches are in a bind to a small degree but i have my doubts on how long they will hold.should i try to maybe bend the louvers a little, maybe add some extra seal,or is there something maybe ive done wrong as far as adjustment.or is it normal to have these problems?

Is it warm where you are? let your car and the louvers sit in the sun. If not, try a heat gun, keeping it on low heat and not too close.

well its freezing outside but the shop is 70 degrees.i dont think bending is the answer after a closer look.may get some thicker sealing tape but that still doesnt get the back down closer to the glass.

Are you sure the top hinges are mounted correctly? Also, the seal goes in between the upper corner 'hook' & the lower mounting plastic lever, not on top or over either of those. Mine lay even down both sides, just the weatherstrip keeps a bit of tension on the lower clips.
Can you post any pics? If not I can take some of my install.
I wouldn't bend the louvers unless a last resort.

im not too worried about the seal as much as the tension on the lower hooks.when you fasten the hook onto the fitting the latch arm has a gap between it and the louver.i thought it should be snug around the fitting and the bottom of the louver.the gap is only about 1/16 of a inch which may not hurt a thing.it just looks like its pulling down on the latch arm and i was afraid it might break off.i may just be a little over cautious but man they look great.
