Personally, I like the black out with ducktails or spoiler delete. With factory spoiler I like no blackout. I am sure that it strange but just my two cents.

I think it would look better with just the black out panel and leave the tail lights alone. Gives it more of a contrast.

I liked this look from the beganning and finally got around to it two weeks ago. Satin Black with yellow and red added to match the mirrors in sunlight. Love it!

The Emblem has been replaced, (its hollow and the tape gets destroyed during removal. Do not plan to blacken the tails!

Looks good, Bruce. Have you considered putting some other (smaller) emblem on there instead of the stock one?

Jason, Thanks. Yes I did think something else may set it off, but everyone else I questioned including the owner (my wife) wanted the factory GT back on. After consideration of the muti radius surface I concluded the factory emblem was the best choice.

I just ordered a matt finish black panel for my car from Graphic Express. If I really like it then I might have it painted down the road. I think it will look pretty good with the ducktail and probably give the DT more height.

With that in mind, I have been thinking about purchasing a second spoiler to match my black and still hold on to the original paint one. Maybe even an aftermarket one, if something reasonable looking comes out.
