I love these stripes. :worship: Whoever owns this car can you provide me with dimensions? The size and spacing are perfect to me. I think they make the car have a more aggresive look than most of the stripes I've seen. I plan on adding a CDC nose splitter and painting these size stripes all the way down to the splitter. Anyone have any idea what the sizing of these stripes are?
If possible to you have any rear pictures as well?

I appreciate the help

O.K., not to be argumentative or anything, but those stripes are NOT 9 1/4 inches at the front of the hood! The hood itself is 56" approx., and the stripes are just shy of being 1/4 of the hoods width each, so they gotta be AT LEAST 11" wide, and probably closer to 12 1/2". Unless the car at the top is radically different from mine, that is...

Legend I think I'll have to agree. The stripes are much wider than that diagram shows.. I suppose I can just guesstimate the size based on the picture. I don't have my mustang yet so I have time.

Guys guys guys. Okay, to start. That is orthoguy's (mike) car. Same stripe design as mine. 10 3/4" wide with 1" gap. They do not taper anywhere.

Paul, do a search on stripes and you will find tons of pics on these cars. You can also take a look at my gallery.

Oh my bad. That is not mike's car, that was a clone after his. That car used the same width stripes but a 2" gap.

Well, Adrenalin, I'm gonna stand by my earlier statement tho. If you look at your stripes, the outside edge of them barely ticks the INSIDE edge of your fogs. The pic that Angry Irishman shows has the stripe going well past the centerline of the fogs, a minimum of two more inches I'd say. Even given a 2 inch gap instead of 1 inch, that's about an extra inch and a half per stripe. If yours are 10 3/4, that would make these between 12 and 12 1/2. Not meaning to be overly ****, (heh heh, he said ****) but I also REALLY like the width of these, and wish whoever's car it is would speak up and let us know. These have a nearly perfect balance IMO.

Ok, took a better look at it. Yes, they are wider than mine. Look like they would be 12". I measured on my car to roughly see what they would be like and my guess is 12".

Here is my 2 cents. If someone who wants stripes on their car sees a car on here that they want to match the dimensions of, just print out the pic(s) and bring them to your paint shop. A painter will be able to look at a pic and match the stripes. Probably more accurately than a bunch of numbers that may or may not even be right. Just an idea.
