I think for a $260 savings I could live with the difference. Who would be foolish enough to pay $300 for about as much metal as you get in a Matchbox car.

Nice retro part no doubt, but the SGT badges will always be exclusive.

They seem to be drying up. I haven't seen any in a while.

They're up to $295 with 9.5 days to go.

Ugh, they would never be worth that much to me. At the most I would only pay $50 for them. If I ever get the urge to have these emblems on my car, I'll just stick to the "cheap" knockoffs as they are just as good in my opinion.

It just seems to me that the people that don't have the new ones (Shelby GT) or can't get them don't like them. Not All But some. The Scott Drake ones are very nice and when I was at their faclility in Henerson last SEMA Show they were talking about the emblems that are one the Shelby GT and wondering how people would react to them. (Funny how that conversation was back then) The ones that they have along with Branda in Pa. have been around for years, maybe people forgot how nice they are and if they were even available anymore. I have built several factory 5 cobras over the last 10 years and have put the "Power By Ford" emblems on all of them. The new Shelby ones have the "New" Look and I love them just as much as the old ones and yes I bought 4 sets of the new ones and have several of the SD ones, I plan on giving them away as Christmas gifts so don't tell anyone

I really like the new PBF emblems, but I also wouldn't pay more than $50 for a set of them. I like them a lot more than I do the Scott Drake ones. Those just seem very plain to me. Just my opinion...to each their own.

$300 for the new ones!!! Wow thats incredible, I'm sure I would not have bought them for that price but it is supply and demand. Someone must have wanted them pretty bad!!!

I don't like the new ones because they are chromed plastic and of the same shape as every single other ford emblem from explorer to LCF to the powerstroke I also noticed the new Tundra I-Force emblems look identical too. They also look gigantic on the side of the car in person, like an extra door handle. I thought about it, saw them in person, didn't like them at all. And that was back when they were $40(still thought they were too expensive and should of been under $20 per pair).

I saw another set of those SD emblems yesterday, only the 427 version:

Just my opinion from reading several threads on these, I didn't think they were goin to be that much of a big deal but I guess they are. I had at least 5 people ask me where in the world I aquired these emblems at Steamboat last weekend. New Car/New Emblem? dunno but seams like they are hot for $300 a pair...

I ordered another set of the running pony emblems from John's Mustang and as soon as I get them on the car I am going to be selling a slightly "used" set on ebay. I don't really care for them now that they are on the car and I might as well make some money. The middle picture is of the Scott Drake emblems I used to have, BTW everyone on the boards HATED them.

Why get rid of them? From the looks of it you actually gained 50 HP as opposed to the usual 15!

$300 is cheap. I'm gonna end up paying ~$40K for my next pair.
