First of all, did they repaint that car? That is NOT windveil blue.

Either that or they have some wierd lighting going on.

As for the vents, I'm not a big fan of the side louvres anyway, so I don't really like the vents either. They don't fit very flush with the car either. I wouldn't get them, personally.

 

I'm not sure if that's the ugliest, tackiest S197 add-on ever...but it's easily in the top ten :notnice:

 

This particular vent has a couple of problems:
1.) It has no functional purpose (does not provide cooling for the brakes). While not a disqualification on that alone, I do prefer parts that are functional.
2.) It does not match any line on the car. As seen here:

The vents conflict with the lines of the Window Louvers, which might typically be on many of the V6 Pony Body Kits:

Being relatively close to each other, we may start getting an unintended checkerboard effect here.

I think they work well if you're going for a '66 theme. Here they are at SEMA:

 

Personally I think there is nothing worse than louvers that have vinyl stuck on them to imitate an opening
