Is there anyone that has the Webelectic's new pony grill insert? It looks really good on their website, very retro and a nice touch of chrome, but they claim that it just snaps in and that has me worried.

I have the Street Scene grille insert and it came with plastic straps to attach it to the factory grille. Instead , I got some C-clamp nuts which I put on the insert and used trim screws thru the factory grille to attach it. It's rock solid ...

I've had my 05 Mustang GT for a few months and these forums have helped me a lot; this is my first post......anyway, I just installed the webelectric pony insert along with the SS fog light bezels. The insert snapped in and holds firmly. This really accomplished the look I am going for and here is a quick pic I took.

Great first post. It looks like you are the first guy on the block to buy the pony grill insert. Like you, I have the ss bezels for the fogs. I can't tell from the picture do the bezel match the grill insert? It looks great in your picture how does it look when your standing right in front of it?

That was one thing i was very worried about, "will the two pieces match?" But even up close the bezels and grill insert fit so well togerther, and the finishes match perfectly, it looks like one piece. I am very happy with it.

That's exactly what I wanted to hear. The wife and I were discussing very seriously about getting them because the 05 front end would match up with the front of the 65 nicely grill wise.

I just ordered both, along with the chrome tail light bezels. Seeing yours convinced me.
Looks Great.

Heres a Photoshop of mine if it ever comes.

me too! Hubby said he likes it and wants to get it for me. Your pic just helps me see that it will be a good choice for my car too.
