Are you talking aBOUT GTS 2?the scoops are further up on Trufibers and the heat extractors are also different. As far as the price difference,maybe RCF has more overhead?? Don't know. I do know that I'm going w/ Trufibers though. I'm on the group buy for 500 plus shipping

yes, sorry.... Cadillac on the brain. I meant GTS2 not DTS2. I am leaning towards the Trufiber but worry about fitting into a GT500 front fascia. I'm not sure if the lines match up.

TRUFIBER hoods are made for the GT...not gonna fit the GT500 fascia

well that blows... that might change my thinking and limit my choices to the RCF '68 hood at twice the cost.

Shelby SS hood is much like the KR hood, correct? I'm sure the price is going to be astronomical. Any pics?

this is the 68 style rcf hood. the venom hood by truefiber is designed for the gt500 front as well. both hoods look great.

is the only difference that the vents are further back toward the windshield on the RCF hood compared to the Trufiber hood? Everything else looks identical...???

They are actually quite different in the vents.

The tru fiber venom hood costs only 799 dollars thats not a bad deal and it looks almost identical to the KR Hood

Well, fitment aside, American labor generally costs more than Chinese labor.
