I just painted mine today. Thought since it was overcast today and didn't feel like taking the pony for a ride, I pulled out the tools and went to town. Here's some pics.

What is the process for those who have put the Xenon decals on? How long after the paint dry's on the calipers did you wait to put on the decals? HELP??

I bought my decals a few weeks after I painted the calipers, but I would imagine you could put them on once the paint is dry to the touch. I was able to install mine through the wheel (fanblade) openings. I didn't want to remove the wheels again. They just press on - follow the instructions - very easy.

My calipers came out kinda crappy, I sanded with 400 grit (before i painted), used the caliper cleaner, but the paint seems bumby, I may have put too many coats i put three. I used the duplicolor kit but it looks bad, does anybody know what i can do, can i sand it and apply another coat, or what should i do, any advice? thanks

Brush for Caliper paint

I just did mine last weekend - any brush will work but make sure its NATURAL BRISTLES the pain will melt nylon etc and leave strays all over your paint job. I used the G2 kit and split the paint in half doing two wheels at a time, took longer, but I was doing laundry simultaneously so it was something to do between loads - looks great.
