I purchased some replacement bulbs for my 05 Gt and the bulbs did not snap into the bulb harness so I tried them on my buddies 06 Gt and they fit. So I was confused. I did not think that they would change the harnesses a year later. Anyways, I called the guy at Blue Oval and he said that I was the first to ever complain. So, he told me to cut the plastic on the bulb so that it would snap on. Well, I decided that was not a good idea since I paid for bulbs that were advertised to fit 05/06 stangs. Well, after a couple of phone calls and emails the guy decided that I could return them for a refund. Let me tell you this guy did not have very good customer relation skills. He was rude and not nice to deal with. Needless to say I returned them a week ago and I am still waiting on a refund. I thought that I would just warn you all before you make the same mistake I did. So, do you all have any recommendations on bulb replacements?

 

I had a bad experience with Blue Oval also with some parts for my Fox. I steer clear of them now. I do know that there was a mid-year switch on the bulbs or connectors for the tail lights...don't know about what's out there to replace them.
