Nice or Rice?

Nice or Rice?
I am thinking about having a mural of a mustang running pony in life like fashion painted on the sides of my car. Please have a look at the proposed image and the outline of the image as it would be painted on the car and let me know if you think it is nice or rice! The first picture is what the painting, the second is the car with an outline only for placement with a blacked out hood and the final one is the image only without the hood black out.

If you do decide to do it, I would suggest leaving it like the pic in the middle. If it was like that I think it would look ok. But if it is black like the first pic I think it would be to distracting. Maybe even make the end of it blur out like the stripes. Thats just my opinion. But its your ride, so its up to you.

Rice? No...not unless you start painting on flames and claiming they add horsepower...
Although, if you painted a horse on it, you could technically claim that you have "one more horse."
Does it look good? Well, not to me, but that's me.

Well it looks like I don't have to wait until the polls to close to determine a winner! The running pony idea is a no go! Have any of you some good suggestions to dress up the outward apperance of the car pictured above witout going with the airbrush? A silver car is difficult to dress up and I am not willing to change colors!

More design is not necessarily better design, indeed, it is often a symptom of bad design. The Mustang's well rendered form and flanks really don't need much to dress it up, much like a well tailored suit needs only a fine shirt and tie to carry off a classy and timeless look.
Far too often, slathering the Stang with all manner of ill-considered scoops, ducts, stripes, decals, flames, waterfalls, Last Supper, etc. ends up looking more like an "I need attention" clownshow than anything that actually improves the Stang's looks. Not to say that the Stang ought not to be touched, but do something that reflects and enhances the existing lines and forms, rather than treating it simply as a blank canvas.
Silver, a metallic color, actually goes well with the somewhat chiseled lines of the Stang. Perhaps some subtle multi-tone (lighter and darker silvers) that enhance those excellent lines might be an idea with the color breaks lining up along existing panel creases.
Of course, the usual caveats apply: it's your car and money, do what you will; taste is personal, etc., but since you did ask...

No your not going to do that. Those are the kind of mods where your sitting in your garage one day having a beer, and then "BLAM"! You jump out of the chair a spit beer all over the floor and scream, I F'd up! Noooo!!
We are going to save you from that on this one. LOL!
