Vroom Im wondering the same thing. I saw the stripe kit the dealers are selling in the sales book. Anyone know what it cost to get installed for the vinyl? And if one were to paint it on instead does it void the paint warranty from Ford?

Well they are definately silver. the pics were taken on my camera phone so they arent the best. They are vinyl yes. I got vinyl because of the money issue as well as a paint care issue. it only cost me 450 to do the car including the stripes and labor. the stripes were cut for the car by computer so everything is straight. they were also cut with the gap in between them already so the spacing would be perfect as well. other than money the ONLY reason i would go vinyl is the fact that if a rock or something hits the car, more than likely it will only tear the vinyl and not harm the paint. and it is simple to have vinyl replaced as well. Paint is a lot harder to fix down the road if chipping occurs. and

Dont get the ford accessory stripe kit. they are too thin in my opinion and dont cover the bumpers, front or back. they only go on the hood, roof, and deck lid for trunk. nothing else.

I just wish Zaino's was available in my area without having to ship it across the border

Did you try here?

Zaino Canada
325 Eramosa Road
Guelph, Ontario N1E 2N1
519-763-8473
website: Zaino Canada

I was searching the internet for Zanio products in my area and found this link for the product in Canada. Hope this helps you adrenalin.

Valerie
Tried, the guy is not the nicest to deal with. I asked him for a price and he said "uh, go to the zaino's website", I wrote back "how much total in canadian funds to have it shipped to (my address)" He replied, contact your bank for the exchange rate and UPS for shipping price"

Talk about a crappy dealer. I am contacting Zaino's to see if I can become a dealer.
[/b][/quote]

You should definitely try to become a distributor. I have dealt with them for 5+ years, and believe me, I don't buy from them because they are the most friendly people in the world. Their products are awesome, but customer service needs improvement. It reminds me of the Seinfeld episode with the soup ****. Place your order, hand over your money and move to the left. Next!

I believe it was gloss. yeah i have a few shots of the back. however i hadhim extend it on my car so this pic shows only where he left off

the pic with the red box thing is where i had the guy extend to the very edge of the car and hide the edges behind the bumper. cost 450 installed, vinyl and labor

Wow, looks great. It looks like he did the underside of the spoiler as well. I have some experience in laying vinyl down from where I used to work years ago but I would never try it. Too much could go wrong. The guy who did yours obviously knows his stuff and was well worth the $$. TY for the pic. I have been going back and forth on the stripes and I am defintely going to do it. I just cant wait to get the darn thing. Reading about all the things you guys have done and about you guys driving yours is driving me insane!LOL At least I know it will be worth the wait.

Does the BW kit include the striping for the spoiler as well? I am interested, just have to find a good install shop locally.

If I can find an installer and if you can verify that the spoiler peices are included, I will take them off your hands.
