can't believe i would say that? i am not against our troops by any means...there are other ways of supporting them besides throwing on a magnet that is not doing anything good for your paint. No sense in ruining an amazing car over something that could be slapped on a window. Your taking what i said out of context. 285 is a lot of tire for an 8 inch rim

Is your car lowered?
It doesn't seem to have that riduculous jacked up look that most have.
Also, what is the offset on those wheels?
Thanks.

Always good to see a different style on the '05 Todd....I find it hard to believe that your wheel and tire shop would put a set of tires on the rims that would make possibly make it unsafe to drive.....I can only assume that you should be in good shape....I look forward to seeing them in person during our next meetup bro....take care!!!

See.....car ride height is fine....just needs wider tires

Yeah John, I think the tires are fine on those wheels. They don't bulge at all.

Since I'm home sick today, here's some rainy day shots:

Great looking ride. The rims are not my cup of tea but, I love the different sizes. I planed on doing the same thing but I can't find the rims that trips my trigger. I love the fan blade look on the concept and if they come in 2 different sizes it will be on.

Thanks for the pics!!!!

I agree, it looks great from the rear. And keep that magnet! Move it gently whenever you wash it and it will be fine.

I have also ordered 285's for the rear but I have to agree with another post in this thread. You'd better be careful with such a narrow rim with those tires. You could easily blow the tire off the rim if you go around a corner too fast.

285 tires are to be installed on no less than a 9.5" wide rim. Your rims are 1" (obviously) narrower. According to all tire manufacturers that is not recommended as it is a huge safety issue.

I will be putting them on 18x10 rims.

I'm not worried about the wheel width.
