New Hood Struts

A few pics and even a video of how these struts work. These are the struts from California Pony Cars, the best ones I could find as they are the lest intrusive, look the most like stock, and are color coded for all mustang colors. Install was very easy did it alone and took about 40 mins.

Nice not to have a prop rod!

very nice! i came across those AFTER i put mine on. i am happy with the redline ones i got, but i really like how you don't have to drill any holes with the one you have. also, since you can order it painted, it really blends in nicely with the rest of your car.

if i did it again, i think i would go your route. drilling into my hood and engine bay was nerve racking.

Apparently you can also get them from Moss Mustang, and I think Ninosport.
