New Hood Almost Ready

Well after 2 weeks my Cervins Ram Air hood install is almost complete. I went by the body shop today and was able to take a couple of photos with my cell. Hopefully she will be finished 100% tommorrow.

What's left? De-nib? Wet-sand? Buff?

They still have to put on the vent covers and a slight buff on the hood and both fenders.

Are the vent covers, covers for the scoop openings? Did it come with the hood and how are they attaching it? I have the exact same hood but didn't get any kind of cover with it and have wanted one but dunno how to attach it.

Really not covers, just the mesh inserts. I had him paint them black to go with the red and black theme of the car. To my knowledge the attach with screws from the inside. If you need it, I will hopefully have the car back tommorow and I can get some better pics.

Yea. So I guess there's premade screw holes to hold it. My hood doesn't have any kind of attachment points for mesh grill.

Good news, the hood is finished and I have more pics. Bad news, the shop scuffed up my new front spoiler Luckily the shop owner is a great guy and said he will fix or replace it whatever makes me happy. Anyone interested in a slightly damaged CDC classic spoiler? PM me $100+shipping.

Awesome, i bought the same hood. Was wondering what the screens would look like black. I will paint mine black too, but it wont stand out as my car is black.
