***New HID Headlight Assembly Kits In Stock***

We've had a great response to these. Half of these were pre-sold with very little advertisement.

We still have some of these new kits left in stock. These kits are plug and play using O.E. components and fit all 2005-08 GT and V6 Mustang. Will not fit GT500.

There are Ford O.E. pieces so their color is the same as O.E.

My understanding is that these being DOT approved for O.E. use that they are legal as a service replacement on 05-07 models.

Ouch there more expensive than the Saleen HID's. I was hoping since they're manufactured in mass now they'd be cheaper.

Any chance of these being made in the future for the GT500?

Reminds me of what "Marshall Lucky" said about the $24,000 Mercedes Benz in the movie "Used Cars."

Paraphrasing it nicely "that's a bit too high!"

JMHO.

Makes me want to buy an 08, especially with the new v6 style package. They sure do make the v6 how I want them.

Gus, can you please provide additional info on how they get wired/plugged in. I've been wanting to order all the OEM parts, but was worried about splicing wires, etc. Also are the ballasts part of the assembly or mounted outside the assembly? Thanks.

This just may the kit I've been waiting for.

From the look of the second photo on Steeda's site, the ballasts appear to be molded to the side of the lamp housing.
