Looks good with the retro-emblems on Windveil Blue. I'm going to leave the stock emblems on, but I am looking to obtain the right size script lettering (emblem) for the dash area above the glovebox, on the brushed panel.
I bought a '65 Mustang dash emblem and put it on the dash of my 2005 GT. It looks pretty sharp, but I need to find a better way to secure it. I tried the same type of double-sided tape they use to attatch dealer name plates to cars, but it stuck up too high. I'm afraid to glue it onto my IUP dash panels.

I am considering taking off that silly medallion on the trunk and bolting on a real 60's gas cap assembly like the fake thing is trying to mimic. I think it would look cool. But I am afraid to drill any holes in my five-day-old car.

I am with you, I would not be wanting to drill holes in my car either. I take that back partially, Holes were drilled under the hood for the hood struts to be installed. I love all the cool ideas people come up with.

Bobby - from one retro-ized stang to another - LOOKS GREAT

I kept my original GT badges also, they came off easily seeing as the car was only 5 days old when I did the surgery.

Mark.

Hey Mark, your car looks amazing. It was really cool to see your pictures knowing that someone was thinking like me. I almost went went with the GTA emblems, but didn't because of my car color. They look amazing on yours.
I was amazed how easy my emblems came off after 3 months. Take care.
