New drag wheels and rubber!
New drag wheels and rubber!
For your viewing pleasure 17X9 V6 replica wheels wrapped in 275/40 BFG Drag Radials. Can't wait to get to the track and cut down my deplorable 2.4 60 ft times!

Thanks SVOPaul for the great deal on these wheels. I finally got around to using them!

Good luck. I've always heard the BFG DR's weren't good for the strip. Looking at them, I can see why. They're too much like a street tire. Too much tread. But they're good for the street. Let us know how you do, but I have a feeling you may be ordering some MT's before the year is over.

Case in point:
In addition to clinching the NDRA championship, BFGoodrich's Comp T/A® Drag Radial has set a new world record for the fastest time on a U.S. Department of Transportation (DOT)-approved tire. Paul Efantis recently used his Toyota Supra to set a new world record in the NDRA BFGoodrich Pro Street Class by ripping off an 8.36-second pass at 166.7 miles-per-hour. With the world record, Efantis scored his seventh straight drag racing victory within the NDRA and beat his own previous record.
