I have been looking at the razors lately, but I have friggin loved those deep dish bullitts from the first time I saw them (yes on all 4 corners).
Yeah, bullitts are overdone. But there is a reason. They look awesome.

Of all the photoshops of wheels I have done for my 08 Silver Metallic GT, these are my favorites. It just looks right to me. The 1st 2 are the verde version of the bullitts while the last one is the wheel replicas version.

Doing some research and discovered that the verde bullitts (aka american racing, torq thrust Ms, american muscle/mustang tuning) are lighter than their wheel replica counterparts.

For example: Verde anthracite 18x9s weigh 25lbs each, while Wheel Replicas anthracite 18x9s weigh 28lbs each.

They are probably all made in the same factory right? I already have the bullitt center caps.
Can you return the 2 8x10's to american muscle since they can't accomodate you on your full order? That's what I would try if you can, and then order the complete set from the one that can deliver the complete set....

Deep dish all around on the S197 looks great IMO (by the way, $126 each from Discount Tire).... I wouldn't have wanted this look on my 03 though.... but, it's all personal opinion.... good thing the only person I have to satisfy on the look of my car is... uh... ME!

Update, doing more research, the 18x9s from wheel replicas actually weigh less. Found this thread where TMS member cambostang weighed his wheel replicas 18x9s and they came in at 22lbs. That's the same weight as the factory bullitts that I'm getting and makes these much more appealing to me now.
