Do you think that 2 18x9s from discount tire would match up with the 2 18x10s I have from americanmuscle?
They are probably all made in the same factory right? I already have the bullitt center caps.

There are at least two versions, I've owned both and they look differently. The spokes are wide on the AmericanMuscle versions, and thinner on my earlier set. I do not know which style or maker DiscountTires uses. I guess you could mix and match. I do not think I could be happy with that.

do the bullitt center caps fit the discount tire ones? discount tire only has the 18x10s listed on the site, maybe they are out of the 18x9s now? i am going to call them tomorrow.

When I ordered my setup, the 18 by 10s were ready to go but Discount had to have me wait a week or so before they could get the 18 by 9s..... so the backorder thing is not uncommon........

Wrong. The American Muscle 18x9 rims have a much larger lip than the ones from Discount tire. My ones from discount tire have a 1 inch lip, where as the AM ones look like they have about a 1.5-2 inch lip. Tomorow I am going to Discount Tire to see if they will buy me some new ones.

I wouldn't be so sure about that. When I went to the discount tire store, they assured me that the wheels were the exact same as the ones from American Muscle. They even said that the same mold was used.

we used to have the AM 18x9 deep dish chrome bullets, and the lip is the same on the 9" and 10" from them, there is no difference at all. as for the bullets from discount tire, i was going to get some of those myself, but they don't have a deeper lip in the rear from what i was told by them, they have the same lip front and rear for the 9" and 10". not to sound harsh, but this is same reason i didn't go back with bullet wheels, it is very hard to find 9" and 10" bullets that match, and have a deeper lip in the rear. i don't think the discount tire bullets and AM bullets match at all, not even close from what i have been told. discount tires are made by Wheel Replicas or Replica Alloy and the AM ones are made by Verde. i scrapped the whole bullet idea and bought Hot Wheels Sixty Eights for my wife's car, 18x9, the lip is the same front and rear, but i staggered the tires...good luck

you're right, it will look good, i thought you wanted a deep dish front wheel? maybe i misunderstood the post? the 18x9 bullet from discount tire is not deep dish, at least not from the pic i saw of them when i ordered my Sixty Eights. post some pics when you get them mounted up...

ya i did want a deep dish up front, they assured me they would match up, im going to compare them to the american muscle rims before i mount the discount tire ones. if its not deep enough ill send them back. what do you think about the shelby torq thrust m? my friend has a set and they look like the am deep dish bullitts. think the bullitt cap would fit them?

don't trust the pics 100% on the Discount site - representative purpose and all that....
I ordered my 18 by 9 / 18 by 10 set-up from them:
the fronts ARE deep dish and match the rears perfectly
