Not only does this look somewhat unfinished to me....but the narrowness of the stripes looks odd as well. It almost appears that they did this to avoid the window wash sprayers? Not the look I want with stripes....but each to their own. B)

This is what I meant when I said stripes weren't easy.

The dealership selling the car (Webster Ford, Webster, NY) says those stripes are NOT the stripes from Ford.
Here's the auction: http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/ws/eBayISAP...2&category=6236

Thank goodness they're not from Ford! I really like the Ford accessory stripes. I'm thinking Torch Red with black stripes. I couldn't do these skinny stripes though. Ugh.

Nope, I'm not liking that either. The wider ones look alot better in my opinion. I also despise the stripes not going all the way down the bumper. I agree it totally looks unfinished. :notnice:
Hope this is not going to be anyones car here. If so disclaimer is, this is only my opinion. B)

Mike...I think what Brad meant in regards to the narrowing to widening was that it flowed between the tapered front & rear into the wider body of the car (retro). I doubt that this change in width sticks out like a sore thumb.....probably very subtle just like the overall body line from front to rear. Anyway....your stripe job looks great.

Looking out at the 2006/7 horizon I'll be glad to get a striped
Mustang as nice as Mike's.
